Scaling on recipient

I need some help on this recipient for two reasons.

-What scaling factor should be used?
-The thumb is still usable, so how would I go about this on a Raptor Reloaded (Assuming that's the correct hand model used)

Any help would be much appreciated, I'll attach the photos.

Hello,

If you are wondering how to scale for practice and other uses, this photo might help you a lot. It shows a correlation between the age and hand size using some data from Enabling The Future. Hope this helps if you have any more questions feel free to ask.
