My first go at a rotatable wrist.

Will try and document better.

Completely Alpha - will go on an arm in a couple of weeks to get feedback.

Re: Reverse Dovetail Thermo-gauntlet

I am getting a slightly off artefact on the holes. looks good in S3D writs hole 001.JPG then when I slice I get a small diaphragm across the hole writs hole 002.JPG Will be easy enough to remove, but just curious as to what it was there for. Am printing the jig upside down as this seems to work best...

Re: Parametric STL Generator in Fusion

Andreas, really nice - a real move forward. I have not dipped into the fusion file - but are you at the same time going to publish a master sheet of parameter names and/or naming conventions - then when others jump in and parameterise their versions there should be a compatibility/understanding with...

Re: DaVaHaG - Dynamically Variable hand Grip tension box

Great idea. What are you working on

Over the next month :D I am hoping to progress with the folowing Big A test rig to have a ...

Re: Airy Arm

Elizabeth,

I really think this - and there are some nifty pieces of engineering I have not seen before -

    the offset joint
    the forearm snap pins
    the velcro restraints

Would love to hear more so keep us posted!

Something strange on my end of the forum - the by ....... is blank unless I scroll over and then i get who it was posted by.

Is this a setting I can change my end?

Makes working out who sent what easier! (for me!))

Re: Fill when printing

for strength I go for 4 shells and 25% infill So there seems to be quite a bit of variation - and therefore margins of error. If we wanted to optomise then I guess we would need to develop an objective test and test some things to destruction - taking into account variations in print quality and par...

Re: Bracer; Gauntlet; Sleeve; Cuff; Bracelet

how about "forearm bracer" for the hands and "upper arm bracer" for the arms - if we are naming then we should think holistically!
