Complete Newbie Printer Question

Postby bobrieg1 » Wed Jan 24, 2018 5:04 pm

Hello Everyone

I am completely new to 3-D printing, but want to learn, and become involved in printing and assembling prosthetic hands. I'm willing to invest in higher end equipment at some point in the future, but would like to learn on a more modest beginner printer. The only requirement, of course, is this beginner printer can meet the specifications and be capable of printing a fully acceptable Phoenix V2 hand.

Can anyone provide me with a recommendation for a lower-end printer with which to start?

Many thanks
Bob Rieger

I'd also check out the Creality CR-10. Great price for a great printer.
