Looks like you're doing some GREAT WORK there! Very impressive. Especially love the UV plastic.
Since your at a high school, i'm curious if you have any interest in putting some of the work you're doing into
curricular lessons that others could benefit from using? We also have a growing need to really
assess these devices in systematic ways. Getting students involved in creating reproducible testing protocols
is a HUGE need that not many have the capacity to undertake. Based on your wall of hands and having a
Taz 6 (AWESOME printer!) I suspect you're doing the exact work that we need results from.

It would also be great if you had a spreadsheet or other kinds of info on the different PLA/Colors that you
have seen success with. A post to Google Plus could be very helpful!

I'd definitely suggest experimenting with some Phoenix hands and with thermoforming. If you want
to go crazy, give a flexy hand a try too! If flexible plastics aren't doable, let me know and I can probably
print up a set of flexy hinges for you to use.

Thanks for joining up with the group and let me know if you have any questions!

Thank you! This project has been very well received by the students, district and community. I would be very willing to help with curricular work. There are many extensions within printing prosthetics.

And yes I will work on a spreadsheet of PLA and colors that are durable and brittle.

I look forward to working with you all.
