Everything looks great to me! There was some work being done on addressing the scaling issues. What's needed is a parametric redesign (I believe the Phoenix was made in Blender). That would fix the scaling up problem. I believe work fizzled on that.

I've also noticed that the orientation can make a big difference in fixing simple cooling issues with overhangs. I haven't had the problem with the proximals on my prusa, but I fixed a similar issue with fingertips not printing by rotating so the overhang got better cooling.
