Chad,

That filament looks magical. Could you take a couple up close pics of the palm? It has a nice pearlescent look to it.

I'm always interested to hear when people print it in a new material. We typically print these in PLA. Does that Filament you used have better tolerances to heat/cold/strength over PLA?

Tension also looks spot on!

Thanks for joining up with the group and let me know if you have any questions!

I have a Credly account. I see an option for claiming a credit, but I can't find where to upload the link to the approval message to request a new credit. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Chad

Here are some close-up pictures of the palm (attachments), as requested.

The n-Vent material is a co-polyester, so it has a bit higher service temperature than the PLA. This made the thermoforming a bit more challenging, but I was still able to accomplish it with boiling water.

Thanks,
Chad

Chad,

Go here:

https://credly.com/claim/101276

And post the URL for this page in the 'link' option after signing into credly. I also had issues getting credly badges. It seems hard to search for them. If you still need assistance let me know!
