This video looks much more clear. Thanks! I have two suggestions:
1) Is that transparent PLA? It looks like it is. If not, then you've got some layering/shell issues to workout (with non-transparent PLA you shouldn't be able to see inside the print to the underlying infill).

2) The tensioning is a bit off. When tying the strings, you need the gauntlet to be angled to at least 40-45 degrees. The strings need to be quite tight at that point so you can actuate the device without bending your wrist too much. With the tension you have, you would need to bend your wrist to a pretty uncomfortable amount to actuate the device.

This is good for a test device. I'd suggest looking at the Phoenix hand (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1674320). That's moving to be the recommended device by eNABLE (aesthetics and function are a bit better than the raptor hand).

Thanks for joining up with the group and let us know if you have any questions!

Thank you for the suggestions!

One question after we get the credit at Credly where do we go to get matched up?

Matching is done through eNABLE Web Central (https://www.enablewebcentral.com/). Setup an account there and you can browse cases and volunteer for cases where an expert has recommended a device that you have a credly badge to make.
