Alice,

I watched the video, hand looks good and the tension is also spot on. What did you string the hand with?

We ordered the kit for the Unlimbited Phoenix hand and used the string that came with it. It is a very strong string that maintained its structure well when we strung it up. It seems to be strong enough to last a long time.

Alice,

Good deal!

Could you post some up close pictures of the finger tips?

Thanks!

Hi - Attached are 4 different views of the fingers and top of the hand. The fingers are very smooth since the quality of the MakerBot printer is excellent. There are no rough edges or rough surfaces. Of course when you zoom in, you'll see the filament spirals, but to the touch, it is very smooth.

Please let me know if you need any other photos or explanations.

Thank you for the reply to notify us that our hand has been approved. I'll be sure my students create a Credly account and claim our badges.

Happy Thanksgiving!
