Wiring angle ?

Postby droomurray » Mon Mar 02, 2015 12:50 pm

All,

When wiring a raptor reloaded, what angle do you set the palm to in order to get the correct starting tension ? I have been wiring them with the tension pins half screwed in and an angle of approx. 30 degrees from flat, does this sound right ?

That's what I've been doing. I can't claim that it's terribly precise, though. I prop the hand up on a screwdriver handle when I tied off the lines.

That angle is a very personal choice for each user, and depends a lot on which muscles they have are strongest, and what's most comfortable. I generally have mine close at just an little past straight out.
