This UnLimbited arm was created by Dr. Holly Martin and Anderson Carey at The Walker School in Marietta, GA, USA.
The design was obtained from Thingiverse. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2576916

Originally, the arm was printed at 125%, but the forearm piece did not print well as it was at the capacity for our larger printer, a Makerbot Replicator +. We went to a 100% model for the acceptance video, but have had a forearm piece printed at 135% by a local plastics company (to insure that we can produce larger models.) Thermo-forming in near boiling water worked well to bend the forearm and to shape it to fit the cuff and palm. A heat gun was used (at about 190 degrees F) to twist the forearm so that palm and cuff are at right angles.
